After the track cleared this past weekend and Jimmie Johnson finished his first-place celebration, the standings are closer than they’ve ever been this season. The top five racers (Johnson, Greg Biffle, Jeff Burton, Carl Edwards, and Clint Bowyer) are all within 250 points of each other…something that can rapidly turn around within a couple races.
